INTRODUCTION
Mr. William Pang has demonstrated his ability to examine handwriting and documents with a high degree of accuracy by participating in Proficiency Testing through Forensic Expertise Profiling Laboratory (FEPL)
He is one of the few experienced and accomplished Forensic Document Examiner available in the ASEAN region to scientifically assess the validity and authenticity of a document in English and Chinese language.
Forensic Document Examiner William Pang has examined thousands of handwriting involving disputed documents in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Brunei, Mauritius, USA, New Zealand, Pakistan and China for both the prosecution and defense, and has wide experience in presenting evidence as a single joint expert witness.
